This week I finally visited the new restaurant next door from my work: VALDEZ. Their slogan: Latin Street Party is well chosen! A great decoration of wood block printed posters from Mexico, rustic wood tables, colourful chairs, industrial style lamps and props, street-like wall art inspired by old street signs... a delight to the latina in me, the love of my culture and spanish roots! The menu is a mix of latinamerican inspirations: ceviche, empanada, arepa... I MUST go back and taste some more!
