It's so hard to summarize this experience... One week in Costa Rica, doing a Yoga retreat, meeting lovely women, being energized by nature, the ocean, the rain forest... wonderful sunsets that never stopped to amaze me... a feeling of gratitude and happiness that overwhelmed me every second.
This experience will hopefully stay and settle with me, deep in my heart and soul...
