I'm so lucky to live in a city that offers these amazing spaces! The Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) is a wonderful place to visit: great architecture (designed by Frank Gehry), a wonderful collection of Canadian art like the permanent Tom Thomson and the Group of Seven exhibit, Henry Moore sculpture gallery... and of course the shows that come and go. Before Christmas we visited the Frida and Diego exhibit and this weekend we couldn't miss the last day of Evan Penny "Re Figured". Mind-blowing to say the least!!!!
AGO will be a very frequent outing for me this year, for sure! ...one of my New Year's intentions!
