This past weekend I went away with my Mom! It was our treat... almost like an advanced Mother's Day gift for each of us. She just came back from Montreal (visiting my sister) a few weeks ago and I just needed to spend some special mother-daughter time with her! I think it was very special. We could just sit, drink lots of coffee and talk for endless hours... nobody to rush us or call us or wonder where we are. It was wonderful! I hope to make this a tradition and every time she's back in town I'll try and take her away to have her just to myself! (a little bit selfish of me, but we get older and time goes faster now!). Te quiero Mami!
