After learning about the work of Margaret Wertheim and her sister "On the beautiful math of coral"
(http://www.ted.com/talks/margaret_wertheim_crochets_the_coral_reef.html) I was just amazed at how wonderful it is that we can be thinking something and someone else could be thinking, the same exact thing, miles away on the other side of the world. I was also amazed at how natural and organic crochet can be, how it surprises me, as though it has its own flow, its own energy... I have to think of my grandmother right now and thank her, for teaching me this wonderful craft and inspiring me everyday! Te quiero y recuerdo siempre Mami Fina!
